I am starting college on Monday I am so stoked!!! Well I'm actually really, really scared. While I was in high school, I failed out of "regular" school, and was moved to an "alternative continuation" school. So I don't know if I can do this. I know it's important, but it seems like I'm setting my self up for failure. Every time I would get an assignment in school I would tell my self "Self, listen you have to do this it's very important, ok?" and then I would answer myself, like the rebellious teen I was, "Yeah, whatever." The thing that I never could do was the stuff I knew was important. That seems really whack for lack of a better word. 

Any advice for some one who just can't take the serious stuff serious??
